Artificial intelligence is already shaping how colleges teach, learn, support students, and operate. As leaders, we are all being asked to address the following: re asking the same questions:
- Where do we start with AI policy?
- How do we balance innovation with risk?
- What happens after the we write the first draft?
- How do we involve shared governance?
- What happens next and how do we know when the document is "complete"?
- How do we build something sustainable and flexible, and not to rigid so that it keeps up with ever-changing innovation and technology updates?
Join the Digital Center for a three-part professional development series that brings together community college leaders who are actively developing, revising, or implementing AI policies and guidelines at their colleges or districts.
Designed as a community of practice, this experience goes beyond presentations. We are creating a space for shared learning, cross-institutional dialogue, and practical solutions for leaders who are facing similar challenges.
Each session includes a 45-minute focused presentation followed by 30 minutes of interactive Q&A and discussion.
